Licence agreement for End If Software products

The following licence agreement will therefor come about.

GrabbyWindow™, Informator™, MediaMaid™, and other End If Software including demo, trial, pro and other versions License Agreement

End If Software Demo versions are provided "as is" at no cost to the user, however, it is neither shareware, nor freeware. Please review the software license below.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR GrabbyWindow™ and Informator™, MediaMaid™ and other End If Software, herein referred to as End If software products.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and End If Software. End If software products includes computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise using End If software products , you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, End If Software is unwilling to license End If software products to you. In such event, you may not use or copy End If software products.

End If Software products LICENSE:
End If software products are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. End If software products are licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
You may install and use the End If software products demo on one or more computers for personal use, evaluation, review, and test purposes.
With the registration of End If software products it turns from demo to registered mode. You are allowed to use the registered End If software products on one computer. You are not allowed to give the registered End If software product, the registration code or any information about the registration to third persons.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
A. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble End If software products, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
B. Separation of Components.
The End If software products are licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use.
C. Rental.
You may not rent or lease End If software products.
D. Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, END IF SOFTWARE may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the End If software products and all of its component parts.


3. EXPIRATION DATE. The End If software products Demo are for test purposes only. It will expire at some day. Please register your End If software products demo.

4. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the End If software products (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text, incorporated into the End If software products folder), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the End If software products, are owned by End If Software. The End If software products are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the End If software products.

5. PRODUCT SUPPORT.End If Software is under no obligation to provide technical support under the terms of this license.

6. END IF SOFTWARE hereby disclaims any and all liability, express or implied in conjunction with the use or inability to use this software. This disclaimer of Liability extends to any and all express or implied representations or warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event will End If Software or its licensors be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect, special. consequential, incidential or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, relating to the use, download, distribution of or inability to use the software, even if End If Software or its licensors has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Software and documentation are provided "as is."

7. EXPORT REGULATIONS. Software, including technical data, may be subject to german export control laws, and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. Licensee agrees to comply strictly with all such regulations and acknowledges that it has the responsibility to obtain licenses to export, re-export, or import Software. Software may not be downloaded, or otherwise exported or re-exported into any country to which Germany has embargoed goods.

8. GOVERNING LAW.
The validity, performance, construction and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by laws of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY.
