Floating window
Files always handy - but never in the way!

- The window from GrabbyWindow floats above all other opened applications. In that way, you can always use the presented files unprobematically, without switching between programs or without moving your window.
- So that Grabby Window doesn't "stand" in your way, it zooms automatically to a mini window if you don't use it. As soon as you need it again, it opens up.
- This characteristic can be adjusted to your needs.

Drag and Drop
Files and contents easily placed

- You can simply pull files out of the GrabbyWindow into opened documents by using Drag and Drop.
- While doing so, you can choose if you for example want to place the text saved in a text file or if you want to add a reference about the the complete text file.
- GrabbyWindow makes Drag and Drop of file contents into applications possible, which otherwise don't support Drag and Drop!

Search
Quick discovery on your desktop

- With GrabbyWindow, you can easily and quickly find your files and use them at once.
At the same time you can choose, on which volume GrabbyWindow should search, which file type, or the content of text or IPTC-entry you are looking for.

Parking favorites
Fast access to favorite programs and files

- GrabbyWindow has a special "parking area".
There you can "park" program icons and open the appropriate application directly. For a fast access, you can also file references to your favorite programs or to anything which is important to you.

Preview
Choosing pictures and texts

- You can view pictures and texts in the preview area of GrabbyWindow.
If your picture files don't contain a preview, a big preview can be easily drawn up. If you wish, they can also be saved.
- In that way you will always know which picture or text is the right one before you insert them.
- You can also take the preview area out of GrabbyWindow and place the window somewhere else on your screen.
- Then you can also adjust the size to your needs and for example display longer texts.

Music and video
Audio and Video data playing

- Watch Quicktime-Movies and play movie files in the preview area of GrabbyWindow.

Thumbnail-Palette
Overview icons of whole folders

- View icons of all files of a folder or put together temporary views.
- filter the shown icons for images, tiffs or adapts.

Info
The most important file informations in an overall view

- All the relevant file informations of your files will be displayed in the information area of GrabbyWindow.
These will be the type of file, the size, the creation/ alteration date, color space, resolution and so on.
- Protect your files and convert them into stationeries.
- You can also take the information area out of GrabbyWindow and place the window somewhere else on your screen.

IPTC-Data
Watching special file-info

- In the IPTC-area of the GrabbyWindow infopalette you can view included IPTC information. These are special informations, which can be added to images e. g. with Adobe®Photoshop™ .
- The IPTC-Data can be changed and added immediately.
- You can even search for IPTC-entries with the GrabbyWindow search functions!

Exif-Data
Digital Camera information

- You can watch the EXIF information, too. These are Camera Data added by a digital camera to the shot image, like exposure time or Flash use.

Navigate comfortable between folders

- The storage of the „history“ in GrabbyWindow allows you to switch back and forward from one folder to another folder immediately
- With the „path back“-button you can jump one step back in the order hierarchy by a simple click.
- To avoid searching for wanted files in big folders you can jump to it with the quickfind-button simply by taping some letters of the wanted file.
