Editing IPTC data is so easy! With Informator Pro it's much more simple than with images processors like Adobe Photoshop or media asset management applications like Cumulus, Extensis Portfolio or Iview Media Pro. The data can be entered directly after selecting an image in the Finder. Differently to image processors like Adobe Photoshop or GraphicConverter, the image will not be opened or saved at any time. Informator Pro writes only the IPTC meta data to the file. Therefore IPTC editing is really fast and your JPEG-images will not be recompressed.

Cross platform compatibility
Informator Pro writes IPTC data cross platform compatible to the data fork of .jpg, .tif and .nef files from Nikon digital cameras.
On other file formats like .pct, .gif, .sgi, .psd and others the IPTC data will be written to the resource fork. These data can be read by the most standard applications on the Mac Platform like Adobe Photoshop.

Exif information from digital cameras
With Informator, EXIF data can be viewed directly in the Finder without the need to catalog an image in a media asset management application like IPhoto, Cumulus, IView Media Pro or Extensis Portfollio.
