We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions.

Returns Policy

Closed packages
Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version. If the supplier’s original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 14 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
It is not possible to return serial numbers you received by email.

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items

Defective Returns
If your product is not functioning properly, please send an email to support as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). In most instances, our highly skilled Tech Support representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. However, in rare instances, a product is defective. In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department.
All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.

Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.


Electronic communication
When you visit End If Software or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
